When can I expect my order?

Orders received before 4 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, will be processed the next business day and shipped within the time frame of the selected delivery method. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, will also be processed on the next business day. All orders are shipped via USPS unless expedited shipping is requested.

• Standard Delivery is provided via USPS. Delivery can be expected within 5-8 business days from the ship date based on the distance of the destination.
• We currently do not offer Standard Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.

What should I do if I only received a partial shipment?

It is very unlikely that you will receive a partial shipment from The Hairy Bastard, but if you do, it is because we are momentarily out of stock on an item. If that occurs, it is possible your shipment was split that the missing items will be shipped when they become available. Please contact us at info@thehairybastard.com to report an incomplete shipment, and we will check the status of your missing items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

What should I do if I think my shipment is lost?

• If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges you will receive a full refund for the item, as described in our Refund Procedures.

• To obtain a refund, the item must be returned to us, unopened (unless the item was received by you in a defective or damaged condition) and in its original packaging, within 30 days of the date upon which we provided the item to the carrier for shipment to you. We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless the item was received by you in a damaged or defective condition.

• Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging will not receive a refund.
